摘要
随着对汽车安全性以及舒适性要求的提高,汽车厂商对于负载模拟系统的动态响应和控制精度也有了更高的要求。在电机控制系统中,参数的突变会引起试验台的稳定性降低并且伴有震荡产生。为克服震荡,文中使用伺服控制液压马达模拟EPS的方向盘系统以及负载系统代替原有的电机控制。通过Simulink仿真得到的系统阶跃响应图和Bode图分析发现,该试验台液压系统闭环稳定,且在一定程度上克服了震荡现象,具有可借鉴性。
With the improved requirements of the safety and comfort for motor vehicle, automakers pay more attention to the dynamic response and accuracy of the loading simulation system. In the motor control system, the mutation of parameters can reduce the stability of test - bed accompanied with shock. Testing the EPS according to the real situation by hydraulic motors which controlled by serve valve can reduce the shock. According to the step response of the system diagram and Bode diagrams, it is verified that hydraulic system is closed - loop stability. It can be used for reference.
