麦默通技术联合双套管冲洗治疗乳腺脓肿分析

目的探讨麦默通微创旋切术联合自制双套管负压冲洗治疗乳腺脓肿的临床效果。方法选取2014年以来47例乳腺脓肿患者为研究对象，其中22例行麦默通联合自制双套管负压冲洗治疗为观察组，25例行传统切开引流治疗为对照组，比较两组患者换药次数、愈合时间、并发症（乳漏、乳晕乳头感觉障碍）及复发情况。结果观察组换药次数、愈合时间、并发症等均小于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组术后复发无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论麦默通微创旋切术联合自制双套管负压冲洗法作为乳腺脓肿的治疗方法，安全有效，疗程短，痛苦小，值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the value of clinical application of the mammotome system combined with self-made double cannula in the treatment of breast abscess. Methods From March 2014 to August 2016,47 patients with breast abscess had been treated in People＇s hospital of Anji, 22 patients were treated with the mammotome system combined with self-made double cannula（Observation group）, and 25 patients were treated with the traditional incision drainage（control group）.Dressing times, healing time, complication and recurrence rate were compared. Results Dressing times, healing time and complication of observation group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Recurrence rate between the two groups showed no significant difference （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion The mammotome system combined with self-made double cannula in the treatment of breast abscess has higher safety, faster recovery, less postoperative pain. It＇s a preferred method of treatment.
