情景教育在1型青少年糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用及效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究情景教育在1型青少年糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用及效果。方法选取2013年1月至2016年12月住院的42例青少年1型糖尿病患者为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各21g4。对照组采用传统健康教育方法对患者进行健康宣教,观察组采取情景教育进行健康宣教,观察比较两组患者出院1年后血糖控制情况、患者自我管理行为。结果观察组患者的血糖控制情况及自我管理情况优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论情景教育能让患者共同参与,提高患者的主动性,具有趣味性、真实性、互动性。同时能提高医护人员的专业水平,让他们主动专研、寻找解决问题的方法。 Objective To explore the application and effect of scenario education in health education of adolescents with type 1 diabetes. Methods 42 adolescents with type 1 diabetes who were hospitalized from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected as observation subjects, randomly divided into observation group and control group, and 21 cases in each group. Control group using traditional health education method was carried out on the patients health education, group was adopted situational education health education, observed the blood glucose control was 1 year after comparing two groups of patients discharged from hospital, patient self-management behavior. Results The blood glucose control and self-management in the observation group were better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) . Conclusion Education can make patients participate and improve patients' initiative, which is interesting, authentic and interactive. At the same time, it can improve the professional level of medical staff, so that they can take the initiative to seek solutions to problems.
