阴道超声联合腹部超声在异位妊娠诊断中的应用价值

目的讨论阴道超声（TVS）联合腹部超声（TAS）在异位妊娠患者诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2015年3月至2016年10月期间妇产科收治的异位妊娠患者78例的临床资料。结果经两种方法检查后，TVS联合TAS检查组对异位妊娠中的卵巢妊娠、宫颈妊娠、剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的检出率均明显高于TAS检查组（P〈0．05）；TVS联合TAS检查组对异位妊娠中的输卵管妊娠和腹腔妊娠检出率高于TAS检查组，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；联合检查组对不同类型异位妊娠的检出率均明显高于TAS检查纽（P〈0．05）；Tvs联合TAS检查组检出率均明显高于TAS检查组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论TVS联合TAS检查方法对异位妊娠患者的诊断具有更高的检出率，且可明确诊断异位妊娠的部位及类型，为临床治疗提供了更加快速准确的检查数据支撑，值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To discuss the application ofTrans-Vaginal Sonography （ TVS ） combined with Trans-Abdominal Sonography （ TAS ） in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 78 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated in gynecology and obstetrics between March 2015 and October 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. Results By the two methods of inspection, TVS combined with TAS examination group of ectopic pregnancy in ovarian pregnancy, cervical pregnancy, cesarean scar pregnancy rate were significantly higher than that of TAS group （ P〈0.05 ） ; TVS TAS joint inspection team of the ectopic pregnancy in tubal pregnancy and abdominal pregnancy detection rate was higher than that of TAS group. But the difference was not statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ） ; the joint inspection unit on the detection rate of different types of ectopic pregnancy were significantly higher than those in TAS group （ P〈0.05 ） ; TVS combined with TAS examination group positive rate were significantly higher than that in TAS group, the differences was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusions TVS combined with TAS examination method for ectopic pregnancy patients has a higher detection rate, and can clearly diagnose ectopic pregnancy parts and types, for clinical treatment to provide a more rapid and accurate inspection data support, worthy of clinical use.
