锁定钢板结合人工骨植入治疗骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究锁定钢板结合人工骨植入治疗骨质疏松性肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效,总结在骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折临床治疗过程中的经验。方法选取2012年1月至2014年12月46例老年骨质疏松性肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者,采用锁定铜板结合人工骨植入的治疗方法,术后定期复查X线片,记录相关并发症,并采用Neer功能评分标准评定疗效。结果46例患者获得12-24个月随访,46例均骨性愈合,按Neer肩关节功能评定标准,其中优14例,良27例,一般4例,差1例,优良率89.1%。结论采用锁定钢板结合人工骨植入治疗骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折复位满意、固定牢靠,患者可以早期锻炼,取得满意的治疗效果。 Objective To evaluate the surgical techniques and clinical outcomes of treating osteoporotic fracture of proximal humerus with locking plate fixation combined with artificial bone substitute. Methods From Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2014, 46 patients with osteoporotic fracture of proximal humerus were treated in our department.They were treated with ORIF using locking plate fixation combined with artificial bone substitute. Regular X-ray follow-ups were taken and complications were recorded as well. Function evaluation was carried out according to Neer evaluation system. Results The 46 cases were followed up for a mean duration of 18.0 months ( from 12 to 24 months ) .No fracture nonunion were observed during the follow-ups.According to Neer evaluation system, 12 cases were excellent, 27 cases were good, 4 cases were fine, 1 case was poor, the excellent and good rate was 89.1%.Conclusion The treatment of osteoporosis proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients with locking plate combined with artificial bone substitute can get satisfactory clinical effect.
