破窗理论对提高普外科手术室护理安全性及患者满意度的影响

目的探讨破窗理论对提高普外科手术患者手术室护理安全性及患者满意度的影响。方法自2015年8月开始将破窗理论引入手术室护理管理中，选取2015年1月-2016年6月收治的110例普外科手术患者作为观察对象，破窗理论实施前后各55例，比较实施前后手术室不良事件发生情况、护理质量以及患者的满意度情况。结果破窗理论实施后各手术室不良事件发生率均显著低于实施前（P〈0．01）。破窗理论实施后手术室各项护理质量评分均显著高于实施前（P〈0．01）。破窗理论实施后患者满意度为94．55％，与实施前比较明显提高（P〈0．05）。结论将破窗理论引入至手术室护理中可有效提高临床护理质量，确保护理安全性，同时患者满意度高，值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of broken window theory on improving the safety and satisfaction of patients in department of general surgery. Methods Our hospital department of general surgery operation room started the ＂broken window theory＂ into the operation room nursing management since August 2015, 110 cases of operation patients in department of general surgery from January 2015 to June 2016 as the research object, the ＂broken window theory＂ before and after the implementation of the 55 cases, the nursing quality and patients satisfaction were compared before and after operation room adverse events. Results The incidence rate of adverse events in operation room was significantly lower than that before the implementation of ＂broken window theory＂ （ P〈0.01 ） . After the implementation of ＂broken window theory＂, the scores of nursing quality in operation room were significantly higher than those before the implementation （ P〈0.01 ） . After the implementation of ＂broken window theory＂, the patient satisfaction was 94.55%, which was significantly higher than that before implementation （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The introduction of ＂broken window theory＂ into department of general surgery operation room nursing can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing, ensure the safety of nursing, and the patients satisfaction is high, it is worthy of popularization and application.
