女性压力性尿失禁围手术期个性化护理效果观察

目的探讨女性压力性尿失禁围手术期个性化护理效果观察。方法选取2012年1月至2015年12月接受闭孔入路经阴道尿道中段无张力悬吊（TVT-O）手术治疗的80例女性压力性尿失禁患者，采用状态焦虑测量表测量焦虑程度、欧姆龙电子血压计与护士专用秒表测量患者血压和心率，观察并比较分析两组患者的术后切口愈合时间、留置尿管时间及不良反应发生情况，本院自制的护理满意度问卷量表测量满意度。结果发现观察组的焦虑状态优于对照组，血压、心率波动显著低于对照组，患者满意度明显高于对照组。结论围手术期个性化护理能有效缓解患者的焦虑，提高满意度，值得，临床推广。

Objective To research the specific nursing effect of female stress urinary incontinence in perioperative period. Methods 80 patients who underwent the transobturator vaginal tape inside out （ TVT-O ） operation in our hospital for the treatment of female stress incontinence （ SUI ） during January 2012 to December 2015 were selected.All the patients were tested anxiety degree by state and anxiety measurement paper, whose blood pressure and heart rate were tested by OMRON electronic blood pressure monitor and second chronograph, then these patients were divided into two groups, whose postoperation wound healing time, time and untoward effect of indwelling catheter were observed and compared.Patients＇ satisfaction were tested by filling in a satisfaction table which made by our staff. Results For the patients＇ anxiety state and satisfaction degree, observation group was better than control, for the blood pressure and heart rate, observation group was obviously lower than control group. Conclusion Specific nursing in perioperative period plays a positive role in releasing patients＇ anxiety and rasing patients＇ satisfaction degree, which is worth popular in clinic.
