儿科护士工作满意度与工作投入、社会支持、工作家庭冲突的关系研究

Correlation between job satisfaction and job involvement, social support or work-family conflict

目的了解温州市某三级甲等综合医院中儿科护士工作满意度现状，探讨工作满意度与社会支持、工作家庭冲突及工作投入之间的关系。方法2016年9-12月采用一般情况调查表、明尼苏达满意度调查量表、工作内容量表、工作家庭冲突量表及工作投入量表，对温州市某三级甲等综合医院258名儿科护士进行调查。结果儿科护士工作满意度总分为（67．38±7．84）分，社会支持总分为（35．22±7．00）分，工作投入总分为（92．88±11．07）分，工作家庭冲突总分为（26．92±13．19）分。Spearman相关分析显示，儿科护士工作满意度总分与社会支持及工作投入呈正相关（r值分别为0．847、0．881；P〈0．01）；与工作家庭冲突呈负相关（r=-0．916，P〈0．01）。结论儿科护士的工作满意度处于中等偏下水平，护理管理者应注重创造良好的社会支持氛围，调整工作家庭冲突，帮助护士以积极的状态投入工作，从而提高工作满意度。

Objective To investigate the status of job satisfaction of pediatric nurses in a class Ⅱ grade A hospital of Wenzhou and explore the correlation between job satisfaction and social support, work-to-family conflict and job involvement. Methods A total of 258 pediatric nurses in a class Ⅲ grade A hospital of Wenzhou were investigated using the General Situation Questionnaire, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale, Job Content Questionnaire, Work-Family Conflict and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale from September 2016 to December 2016. Results In the investigated pediatric nurses, the score of job satisfaction was（67.38± 7.84） ; the total score of social support was （35.22 ± 7.00） ; the total scol of job involvement was （92.88 ±11.07） ; the total score of work- family conflict was （26.92± 13.19）.The Spearman correlation analysis showed that job satisfaction of pediatric nm＇ses had a significantly positive con＇elation with the social support and job involvement （r=0.847,0.881 ;P 〈 0.01）, and had a significantly negative correlation with the work-family conflict （r=-0.916, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions The job satisfaction of pediatric nurses is at a medium to low level. Nursing managers should create a good atmosphere of social support, promote the adjustment of work-family conflict, and help nurses to work in a positive state so as to improve the job satisfaction of pediatric nurses.
