体位管理流程在神经外科侧卧位手术患者体位安置中的应用

Application of position management process on lateral position for patients in Department of Neurosurgery

目的探讨体位管理流程在神经外科侧卧位手术患者体位安置中的应用效果。方法选择2015年8月-2016年5月在沧州市中心医院实施侧卧位神经外科手术的患者506例，根据手术日期分为对照组和实验组，每组253例。对照组采用传统方法行体位安置，实验组按照体位管理流程方法行体位安置。比较两组患者体位安置所用时间和压疮发生率。结果实验组从搬动患者至体位安置结束所需时间平均（11±4．25）min，对照组平均（15±3．86）min，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=11．077，P〈0．01）。实验组发生压疮2例，对照组发生7例，但两组术中压疮发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论对神经外科侧卧位手术患者实施侧卧体位管理流程管理，可提高工作效率，减少手术患者围术期循环系统、皮肤压疮等并发症的发生。

Objective To detect the application effect of position management process in patients with lateral position in the Department of Neurosurgery. Methods We recruited 506 patients undergoing elective neurosurgery posed lateral position from August 2015 to May 2016 in Cangzhou Central Hospital and divided them into control group and experimental group by their surgery date, with 253 cases in each group. The patients received routine method for position arrangement while patient in experimental group underwent position management process. The rate of ulcer and length of position arrangement were compared between two groups. Results The length of moving patients to the end of position arrangement required （11±4.25） rain averagely in experimental group and （15±3.86）min in control group, and there was statistical significance between two groups （t=l 1.077, P 〈 0.01）. The ulcer happened 2 cases in experimental group and 7 cases in control group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions For patients with lateral position applied position management process in Department of Neurosurgery, it can improve work efficacy, reduce the complications of perioperative circulatory system, ulcer hannened.
