静脉药物配置中心护士工作敬业度调查及影响因素研究 被引量:9

Study on job engagement and influencing factors of nurses in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service

摘要 目的探讨静脉药物配置中心护士工作敬业度现状及影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2015年6-12月南京市3家三级甲等医院静脉药物配置中心的155名护士进行调查,采用工作敬业度调查量表分析静脉药物配置中心护士工作敬业度及其影响因素。结果本研究共发放调查问卷155份,回收有效问卷151份,有效回收率为97.4%。151名护士工作敬业度平均得分为(138.52±13,62)分。性别、用丁性质、从事静脉药物配置工作时间是静脉药物配置中心护士工作敬业度的影响因素(P〈0.05)。结论将男护士、合同制护士、从事静脉药物配置工作时间较短的护士作为工作敬业度重点培训对象,以达到减少护理不良事件发生,提升护理质量的目的。 Objective To explore the job engagement and influencing factors of nurses in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service (PIVAS). Methods Totally 155 nurses working in PIVAS of three tertiary hospitals in Nanjing between June and December 2015 were selected by convenience sampling, whose job engagement and influencing factors were analyzed with Job Engagement Questionnaire. Results In this study, totally 155 questionnaires were distributed and 151 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective recovery rate of 97.4%. 151 nurses were scored (138.52 ± 13.62) on average for their job engagement. The factors affecting the job engagement of these nurses working in PIVAS included sex, nature of employment and time of engagement in PIVAS (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Male nurses, contract nurses and the nurses who have less experience in PIVAS should be trained as key objects in order to reduce adverse events and improve nursing quality.
