弱势社会群体对社会的负面影响力不可忽视,其足以对社会治安秩序造成破坏。因此,有必要全面审视弱势社会群体的现状和形成原因,并在此基础上,对其进行系统性的犯罪防控。

Now vulnerable social groups＇ influence on society cannot be neglected. Therefore, relevant depart- ments should strengthen to supervise and control the vulnerable social groups to ensure social stability for economic development. The author tries to discuss on the issues from the characteristics of the vulnerable social groups, form- ing reason and the impact on the social public security order.
