反恐中保卫目标重要度研究

Study on the Important Degree of Security Target in the Counter Terrorism

针对以往反恐中保卫目标重要度评估依据经验判断，主观性强、缺乏定量分析的问题，基于统计分析，建立了考虑保卫目标地位作用、目标特性、目标损伤度和目标环境的重要度指标体系。在此基础上利用模糊层次分析法得到各因素权重，进而得到保卫目标重要度评价矩阵和综合评价向量，最后利用隶属函数确定目标重要度，为目标保卫工作提供辅助决策支持。

Aming at the problem that we assessed the importance degree of defended target based on experience, subjective judgement and qualitative analysis, we establish the index system of importance degree. The weight of each factor is got on the basis of the use of fuzzy analytic hier- archy process, then evaluation matrix and comprehensive evaluation vector of the defended tar- get are obtained. Finally, the degree of membership function is applied to determine target im- portance to provide decision support for the goal security work.
