随着武警院校实践教学的力度加大和类型拓展，目前以思想政治教育类为主的实践教学基地体系已难以满足工科专业类的实践教学需求。可充分利用军工单位科技实力雄厚、文化底蕴深厚、办学环境良好等自身优势，建立综合类实践教学基地，并从健全组织机构、完善工作机制、深度融合共享、教员队伍建设等方面加强建设，以实现提升学员实践能力、科技素养、思想政治素质的教学目的。

With the increase and type expansion of practice teaching in the PAP colleges, it is difficult for ideology-oriented practice teaching base system to meet the practical teaching re- quirement of engineering majors. It is sensible to make full use of the strength of technolo- gy, the deep cultural background and the good environment of the school to improve the con- struction of institutions, working mechanism, sharing of staff and construction of faculty team. Establishing a comprehensive practice teaching base to realize the teaching purpose of improving students practice ability , science and technology, and ideological and political quality is significant.
