美俄军队外语能力建设及课程设置对我军的启示

Enlightenment for Our Army from Foreign Language Capacity Construction and Curriculum Setting in America and Russia

为了提高我军外语能力水平，对关、俄两国军队外语能力建设及军校外语教学特点进行了分析、归纳、总结。借鉴美、俄两国在国防语言战略方面的改革和实践，结合我军的实际情况，提出分级小班授课并突出精英式培养、加强语言技能与多学科的融会贯通、推进军队级别的英语能力资格认证等建议提升我军外语能力水平的建设。

The thesis summarizes construction of foreign language capacity in America and Russia, and analyzes the foreign language education mode of military academies in both countries. Based on that, the thesis gives characteristics of curriculum, teaching manage- ment and talent cultivation. Furthermore, in order to promote the construction of our for- eign language aptitude, the thesis propounds suggestions such as taking graded class and elite training, strengthening language skills and the integration of disciplines, and encoura- ging army-level English proficiency certification.
