手部伸肌腱断裂的8字缝合及修复后早期功能锻炼

目的探析8字缝合法在手部伸肌腱断裂中的应用以及患者修复后早期功能锻炼方法。方法以本院2014年6月至2016年6月所收治的60例手部伸肌腱断裂患者为研究对象,所有研究对象采取的治疗方式均为8字缝合手术治疗,并且在术后,本院护理人员均对其采取相关的早期功能锻炼措施及指导。结果 60例患者在接受手术治疗和修复后早期功能护理锻炼之后,其术后伤势恢复时间缩短,患者患指功能恢复的时间也有所减短。结论对于手部伸肌腱断裂患者来说,采取一定的手术治疗是非常重要的,但除了手术治疗以外,修复后对患指早期功能锻炼同样也至关重要。

Objective To study mainly analysis of eight suture in hand after the application of the extensor tendon rupture and repair in patients with early functional exercise.Methods Our hospital in June 2014 - June 2016,60 cases treated by hand extensor tendon rupture patients as the research object, all the research object of treatment are 8 suture surgical treatment, and, after surgery in our hospital nursing staff to the related measures of early functional exercise and the instruction.Results 60 patients af- ter surgery and repair after early functional exercise care, postoperative injury recovery time shortened, the patients with functional recovery time is shorten.Conclusion For patients with hand extensor tendon rupture, adopt certain surgical treatment is very im- portant, hut in addition to surgery, early functional exercise after repair the wounded finger is also crucial.
