尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术在儿童尿道下裂治疗中的应用效果观察

Urethral Plate Slitting Roll Tube Urethroplasty in Hypospadias in Children Treated the Application Effect is Observed

目的探讨尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术在儿童尿道下裂治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2014年5月至2016年5月我院收治的140例尿道下裂患儿作为研究对象,以随机数字表将其平均分为研究组与对照组。对照组行加盖岛状皮瓣尿道成形术,研究组行尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术。结果两组总有效率对比中,研究组(97.12%)与对照组(92.29%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组尿道狭窄1例(1.43%),对照组尿道狭窄8例(11.43%);两组术后尿道狭窄的发生率比较中,研究组1.43%低于对照组11.43%(P<0.05)。结论尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术在儿童尿道下裂治疗中具有显著的治疗效果,有效降低了术后尿道狭窄的发生概率,适于临床推广。

Objective To study the urethral plate slitting roll tube urethroplasty in application effect in the treatment of chil- dren hypospadias.Methods Will pick in May 2014 to May 2016 of our hospital 140 cases of children hypospadias as the research object,with the average random Numbers table divided into research group and the control group.The control line with island flap urethroplasty,the team line urethral plate slitting roll tube urethroplasty.Results In the comparison group total effectiveness,the team 97.12% ,there was no statistically significant difference compared with the control group 92.29% （P〉0.05）.The team urethral stenosis 1 case （1.43%）,control group urethral stenosis 8 eases （11.43%）;Two groups the incidence of postoperative stricture for- mation comparison,the team 1.43% 11.43% lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conelusion Urethral plate slitting roll tube ure- throplasty in hypospadias in children has significant therapeutic effect in treatment,effectively reduce the probability of the occur- rence of postoperative urethral stricture, suitable for clinical promotion.
