创新危急值管理对预防和减少医疗不良事件的分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究创新危急值管理对医疗不良事件的预防以及减少作用。方法 2015年1月我院开始进行创新危急值管理,将2014年1月至12月入诊我院的1000例患者相关资料设为A组,将2015年1月至12月入诊我院的1000例患者相关资料设为B组,对比两个年度患者医疗不良事件发生率以及A、B两组患者医疗满意度。结果 B组医疗满意度97.30%高于A组81.60%(P<0.05);2014年度医疗不良事件发生率为3.90%,2015年度医疗不良事件发生率为0.03%,两个年度医疗不良事件发生率差异较大(P<0.05)。对两个年度报表进行总结,全院医疗纠纷由2014年医疗纠纷18起降低到2015年的10起,有效医疗投诉由2014年102起降低到2015年68起,医疗赔偿也有所降低。结论在医院实施创新危急值管理可较好降低医疗不良事件的发生情况,且患者满意度较高,且患者满意度较高,医疗纠纷、有效医疗投诉以及医疗赔偿均有所降低。 Objective To explore the prevention and reduction of medical adverse events by innovation crisis management. Methods 2015.1 in our hospital launched the innovation of critical value management,the relevant data of 1000 patients with 2014.1-2014.12 diagnosed in our hospital in the group A,the related data of 1000 patients with 2015.1-2015.12 diagnosed in our hospital as group B, compared with two annual patients with medical adverse events and the incidence of A, B two groups of patients satisfaction of medical treatment.Results B group of health satisfaction 97.30% higher than that of A group 81.60%, difference (P〈 0.05 );2014 annual medical adverse event rate was 3.90% ,the 2015 annual medical adverse events occurred in 0.03% ,two annual medical adverse event rate differences,P〈0.05.The two annual report summary,the hospital medical disputes from 2014 18 cases of medical tangle decreased to 10 in 2015,by 2014 102 effective medical complaints decreased to 68 in 2015,medical compensation also decreased.Conclusion The implementation of innovation management can reduce the critical value of the occurrence of medi- cal adverse events in the hospital,and higher patient satisfaction,and higher patient satisfaction,medical disputes and effective medical complaints and medical compensation decreased.
