柱状缝扎固定加注射术治疗脱垂性内痔的临床研究

为观察柱状缝扎固定加注射术治疗脱垂性内痔的临床疗效，将60例脱垂性内痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组采用柱状缝扎固定加消痔灵注射术治疗，对照组采用柱状缝扎固定术治疗。观察2组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率、住院时间及患者对手术的满意度等指标。结果显示，治疗组在住院时间、并发症发生率及患者对手术的满意度等方面优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，柱状缝扎固定加注射术治疗脱垂性内痔，具有疗效肯定、并发症少，患者痛苦少，且安全性高等优点。

This study was tO observe the clinical effect of cylindrical suture ~ ligation and fixation plus injection in the treatment of prolapsed internal hemorrhids, randomly divided 60 cases of this hemorrhoids into treatment group and control one, 30 cases for each; both groups were subjected to cylindrical suture ligation and fixation, merely added injection to the former; then observed follwing indexes such as operative time, intraoperative bleeding volume,incidence of complication, hospitalization time, and patient＇s satisfactory degree on surgery, etc, As results, in hospitalization time,incidence of complication and patient＇s satisfactory degree on surgery the former was superior to the latter （ P〈0.05）. Results show that the combination therapy for prolapsed internal hemorrhoids has such merits as certain effect, less complica- tions, milder patient＇s pain, and with high safety, etc. Key Words Prolapsed internal hemorrhoid;Cylindrical suture ＆ ligation and fixation; Injection therapy
