直肠黏膜柱状缝合术治疗环状混合痔65例临床观察

Rectal Mucosa Cylindrical Suture for Treating 65 Cases of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids：Clinical Observation

为观察直肠黏膜柱状缝合术治疗环状混合痔的疗效，将65例环状混合痔患者采用直肠黏膜柱状缝合术治疗。结果显示，患者满意度评分为（89．25±7．91）分。出现远期并发症20例（30．77％），其中出血5例（7．69％），肛门疼痛或坠胀6例（9．23％），残留皮赘9例（13．85％）；复发2例（3．08％），术中加做切扎术7例（10．77％），再次手术2例（3．08％）；改善便秘症状15例（术前便秘共15例）。结果表明，直肠黏膜柱状缝合术有一定的并发症，但在改善便秘方面有较好的疗效，且患者满意度高。

This study was to observe the effect of 65 cases with circumferentical mixed hemorrhoids treated with cylindrical suture for rectal mucosa. As results, patien＇s satisfaction degree was （89.25 ± 7.91） points, 20 cases suffered from long-term complication （30.77%） including bleeding in 5 cases （7.69%）, anal pain or tenesmus in 6 cases （9.23%）, residual skin tag in 9 cases （13.85%） ; 2 cases suffered from recurrence （3.08%）; besides, 7 cases were added incision ＆ ligation intraoperationally （10.77%）, 2 cases received secondary operation （3.08%）;15 cases with preoperationally constipation got improved. Results show that even if cylindrical suture for rectal mucosa has some complications, but still could obtain better effect in improving constipation, and patient＇s satisfaction degree is high.
