摘要
为观察自拟中药消湿汤口服配和燥湿洗剂外洗治疗急、慢性肛周湿疹的临床疗效，将126例肛周湿疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组63例。观察组采用自拟方消湿汤内服和外洗方燥湿洗剂外用配合治疗，对照组采用西药局部外涂治疗，7d为1个疗程。结果显示，经治疗3个疗程，观察组有效率为92．06％，对照组有效率为76．19％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），结果表明，口服自拟方消湿汤和燥湿洗剂外洗治疗肛周湿疹效果明显好于对照组。
This study was to observe the clinical effect of oral administration of self-designed Xiaoshi Tang （a TCM decoction for eliminating dampness） combined with external lotion for eliminating dampness in the treatment of perianal eczema,randomly divided 126 cases into observation group and control one, 63 cases for each; gave observation group above combination therapy, meanwhile control one still received locally paint with western medicine; 7 days was 1 medical course.
