自拟中药熏洗方在混合痔外剥内扎术后创面愈合中的应用

Application of Self-designed TCM Formula for Fuming ＆ Washing in Wound-surface Healing after External Dissection ＆ Internal Ligation Procedure for Mixed Hemorrhoids

为观察自拟中药熏洗方在混合痔外剥内扎术后创面愈合的作用，将90例混合痔外剥内扎术后患者分为治疗组和对照组，每组45例。治疗组采用自拟中药熏洗方熏洗坐浴治疗，对照组采用1：5000PP液熏洗坐浴治疗，观察2组患者疗效及术后创面愈合时间。结果显示，治疗组治愈率高于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组创面愈合时间短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，混合痔外剥内扎术后用自拟中药熏洗方熏洗坐浴治疗对创面愈合有明显的促进作用。

This study was to observe the role of self-designed TCM formula for fuming g〉 washing in wound-surface healing after external dissection ＆ internal ligation procedure for mixed hemorrhoids, randomly divided 90 cases who had received this procedure for their hemorrhoids into treatment group and control one, 45 cases for each; the former adopted self-designed formula for fuming ＆ washing and sitz bath, while the latter adopted PP solution （1 ： 5000） so doing; then both groups＂ effects and wound-surface healing time were observed and compared. As results, the curative rate of the former was higher than that of the latter （ P 〈0.05）, and healing time shorter than the latter （ P 〈0.05）.
