摘要
为观察生物活性玻璃创面凝胶对肛周脓肿患者术后创面愈合的作用,将60例肛周脓肿术后患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。术后均常规换药,试验组创面涂抹生物活性玻璃创面凝胶,对照组创面外涂空白膏剂,观察2组临床疗效、腐肉脱落、分泌物消失、创面愈合、疼痛消失等情况。结果显示,试验组在临床疗效、创面愈合天数和疼痛消失天数方面均优于对照组(P〈0.05),2组在腐肉脱落天数、分泌物消失天数方面比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结果表明,生物活性玻璃创面凝胶对肛周脓肿患者术后创面愈合有重要促进作用。
This study was to observe the role of bioactive glass gel for wound-surface healing at postopera- tion of perianal abscess,randomly divided 60 cases of perianal abscess into trial group and control one, 30 cases for each; after surgery gave both groups routine dressing exchange, then added to paint bioactive glass gel on wound-surface of trial groups" patients, while to paint blank ointment on wound-surface of coutrol groups" patients~ then observed both groups" following indexes such as clinical efficacy, slough shedding, secretion removal, wound-surface healing, and pain disappearance, etc. As results, in clinical efficacy, wound-surface healing time (days) and pain disapperance time (days), trial group was all superi- or to control group ( P 〈0.05);but in slough shedding time (days) and secretion removal time (days) there was no statistical difference between two groups ( P 〉0.05).
