In order to explore the impact of anxiety emotion on postoperative wound surface healing and pain degree of severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoids patients, so as to improve patient's prognosis, according to Hamilton Scales for Anxiety (HAMA) score ratings authors divided 123 cases of this hereof rhoids into anxiety situation group (group A, 64 cases) and non-anxiety situation group (group N, 59 cases) from the day they admitted in hospital, then compared pain degree of both groups" patients on the 1st, 2nd,4th and 7th day after surgery, as well postoperative wound-surface healing time. As results, the healing time of group A was significantly longer than that of group N ( P 〈0.05), though both groups" pain degree was all significantly fallen but group A's score rating was greatly higher than group N's one ( P〈0.05). Results show that being anxiety emotion will make healing time delayed, and make pain-feel at higher degree continuously, these factors go against condition to cure, therefore authors propose performing mental intervention on patients at perioperation of mixed hemorrhoids. Key Words Mixed hemorrhoid~ Surgery~ Wound-surface healing~ Pain~ Anxiety
