摘要
如今我国的数字图书馆正在朝着以用户为中心的建设方向发展,对数字图书馆的服务质量评价以及指标筛选也成为了一个热门领域,然而对数字图书馆服务质量的影响因素指标分析却被多数学者忽略.将基于前人研究的基础上,构建一套较合理的数字图书馆服务质量影响指标体系,并运用实验室分析法(DEMATEL)和聚类分析确定各指标之间彼此依赖的关系及强度,确定指标权重并对其进行分析,为数字图书馆服务质量的提高提供帮助.
Nowadays, the digital library in our country is developing towards the construction of user centered and the evaluation of the service quality of Digital Library and the selection of index have become a hot area, however, the analysis of the factors influencing the quality of digital library service has been ignored by most scholars. This paper is based on the previous research which constructs a more reasonable index system of service quality of Digital Library and the relationship between each index was determined by the DEMATEL and the method of cluster analysis. And it determines the weight of the factors and analyzes them to help to improve the quality of digital library services.
