摘要
基于现有科研团队社会资本、知识共享及创新绩效的相关文献,提出了科研团队内部社会资本与创新绩效和知识共享之间的理论假设,确定了科研团队内部社会资本的测量维度和指标,并通过问卷调查的方式,运用SPSS对所得数据进行统计分析,进而对理论假设进行了实证检验.结果表明,科研团队内部社会资本对创新绩效及知识共享有显著正向影响;科研团队知识共享在内部社会资本与创新绩效间起部分中介作用.
Based on the existing literature about team social capital, knowledge sharing and innovation performance, puts forward the theoretical assumptions between and among the scientific research team's internal social capital, its innovation performance and knowledge sharing, determine the scientific research team's internal social capital measure, and through the way of questionnaire survey~ using SPSS software for date analysis and validation of the- oretical assumptions. The empirical results show that the scientific research team's internal social capital on its innovation performance and knowledge sharing have significant positive effects; team knowledge sharing is a partial mediator between the internal social capital and innovation
