卷烟企业锅炉诊断与优化运行数学模型及应用

摘要 为了更好地指导卷烟企业锅炉的经济运行,进一步实现精益生产、强化节能,针对燃煤锅炉的燃烧机理,构建了锅炉能效诊断数学模型,通过热效率高低来评判锅炉运行水平。构建锅炉运行优化数学模型,实现不同蒸汽需求条件下最佳给煤速率、最佳鼓风量推算。应用实例表明,构建的模型与方法准确有效,能较好的指导锅炉运行与节能。 In order to guide the economic operation of boilers in Cigarette Enterprise preferably,and implement the lean production,strengthen energy conservation further. The article builds the mathematical model of energy efficiency diagnosis based on the combustion mechanism of coal-fired boilers. Judging boilers' operation level by thermal efficiency. The optimized mathematical models of boilers' operation which realize calculations of optimum coal-feed rate and blast volume under different steam-demand conditions are constructed. Application examples show that the models and methods are accurate and effective,and it can guide operation and energy-saving of boilers better.
