摘要
电极调节控制技术是电弧炉冶炼过程控制的一个关键技术,其控制效果直接影响电弧炉的电能消耗、冶炼周期等重要经济性能指标。在分析研究现有电弧炉电极控制技术的基础上,以提升电极调节器整体的响应速度和实现控制手段多样化为目标,开发了新一代电弧炉智能电极调节控制系统,该控制系统具有优化控制策略、最佳工作点自动调整、供电曲线自动跟踪等特点。电弧炉智能电极调节控制系统的开发为提升电弧炉冶炼的稳弧控制、降低生产噪音、减少对电网的谐波干扰等优化电弧炉冶炼生产控制技术提供了有力技术支撑。
As a key technology of the process control for electric arc furnace(EAF),the electrode regulating control technology can directly affect the power consumption and tap-to-tap time which are important performance and economic indices. Based on the analysis of current electrode regulating control technologies,a new generation of intelligent control system for electrode regulator is developed to dramatically improve response time and realize diversification of control methods. Using the control system,the electrode regulator can optimize control strategy,automatically regulate the optimal operating point and track the power input curves. Finally,the development of the intelligent control system provided definite technological support for reducing the noise in the production,improving the arc stabilization during smelting and eliminating harmonic pollution.
