生育三烯酚抗结肠癌作用及机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 维生素E包括生育酚(tocopher01)和生育三烯酚(tocotrienol,T3)两大亚族,结构类似,但生育酚的类异戊二烯侧链是饱和植基,而生育三烯酚则有3个不饱和位点。由于人体含量的优势以及抗氧化活性,α-生育酚一直都是研究热点。但是近年来研究指出,生育三烯酚的不饱和侧链使其更容易进入饱和脂肪层膜的组织,从而达到更好的分布。
