Brief Discussion of Judicial Justice and Precedure Justice

该文主要是从司法公正的内涵及对社会法律制度的必要性入手，提出实现司法公正的前提是程序上的公正，通过中外诉讼模式的比较，对建立程序公正，提出一些理论上的探索。

In order to reach judicial justice, the article starts with the content of judicial and the necessaties of social legal system. The paper cliams that precedure justice was the basis of the judicial justice, and puts forward some new views about how to achieve justice through the comparison of law suits between China and other countries.
