基于二次供水设施设备特征的分类编码规则设计及初步应用

Design and preliminary application of classification and encoding rules based on features of secondary water supply facilities and equipment

本研究通过制定一套基于二次供水设施特征的分类编码规则,对上海市二次供水设施设备进行分类编码,使其具有唯一身份代码。代码包含了二次供水设施设备所属行政区域、设施属性以及水源属性等信息。该代码作为二次供水设施设备的身份识别标志,具有唯一性、规范性、稳定性和拓展性的特点,为各管理部门提供分类识别的"通用语言",同时也是信息化平台的"数据池"和"信息桥",为实现运用信息化手段对二次供水设施设备全生命周期管理打下基础。

In this study, a set of codes based on the characteristics of the secondary water supply facilities was established, and the secondary water supply facilities and equipment in Shanghai were classified and coded to have a unique identification code. The code contains information about the administrative area of the secondary water supply facilities and equipment, facility properties and water source properties, etc. The code serves as the identification mark of the secondary water supply facility, which is unique, normative, stable and extensible. It provides not only a ＂common language＂ for every management department, but also a ＂data pool＂ and a ＂information bridge＂ of the information platform, laying the foundation of using information technology to realize the whole life cycle management of secondary water supply facilities and equipment.
