摘要
基于实际项目,介绍了框架-中心支撑体系在高层住宅楼钢结构中的运用以及钢结构住宅设计的特点和要点,具体包括:设计目标和标准、结构体系的选择、结构布置的原则、多遇地震分析、节点分析、罕遇地震验算、重要构造措施等。设计结果表明,框架-中心支撑体系在高层住宅楼钢结构中是可行的;结构经过合理布置较好满足建筑功能要求,并使各项计算指标满足相关规范要求;节点设计满足强度和刚度要求;所采取的防火和防腐措施可实现预定防护要求。
Based on an actual project,the paper introduced the application of frame-concentrically braced system in high-rise residential steel structure. The characteristics and key points of steel structural design were mentioned,which including design goals and standards, selection of structure systems, principles of structure arrangement, frequent earthquake effect analysis,joint analysis,severe earthquake effect calculation,important structural measures,etc. The results showed that frame-concentrically braced system could be used in high-rise residential steel structure. By reasonable structure arrangement,not only the structure could meet some building functional requirements,but also the calculating index could meet the specification requirements. In the meantime,the joint design should meet the requirements of strength and stiffness. The fire-resistant and anti-corrosion measurements could achieve the predetermined protective requirements.
