南昌高铁站房空间网架结构BIM施工模拟技术研究 被引量:10

摘要 针对工程工期紧、技术要求高、交叉施工难度大、胎架滑移碰撞冲突等问题,项目部引进BIM技术,运用Revit软件建立空间网架及胎架三维可视化模型进行施工过程模拟。应用BIM技术,对南昌高铁站房提出两种施工方案进行模拟、对比分析,并提出了施工过程中胎架滑移碰撞及轨道铺设洞口问题解决方法。该项目成功运用BIM技术,在施工阶段做到空间指导施工,可视化技术交底,避免了返工和施工错误的产生,缩短了工期,节约了成本。 In view of problems such as the short construction period,high technical requirements,the difficult stereo crossover operation and the scaffold sliding collision,BIM technique was introduced to the project. The space truss frame and 3D visualization model of movable scaffolding were built by using the software Revit in order to simulate the construction process. According to the practice of BIM,two construction schemes for Nanchang Railway Station were simulated,compared and analyzed. The methods to solve the problem of movable scaffold sliding collision and the mouth of the cave were also put forward. The application of BIM technique in the project was successful,it could guide the construction in the construction phase and clarify the visualization technology,which avoid the production of rework and construction errors,shortenthe construction period and saves the cost for the project at the same time.
