摘要 介绍了宝钢炼铁厂烧结节能环保配套原料场改造项目:矿石N料场网壳安装工程的设计、设计施工。包括应用BIM技术完成设计选型、设计施工一体化设计、方案3D模拟优化、施工工况的仿真计算、三维测量与平面测量结合、施工全过程监测等。本设计施工一体化技术为今后(宝钢)环保节能原料大棚或类似工程提供了借鉴,实现了绿色、环保、节能的可持续发展。 The paper summarized and introduced about the design and design-construction of supporting material storage yard renovation project—ore N storage yard latticed shell installation for sintering energy-saving and environmental protection of Baosteel. The design selection, integration of design and construction, 3D program simulation and optimization,simulation calculation of work status,combination of 3D measurement and plane surveying and whole construction process monitoring were conducted by BIM. The integrated design and construction technology could provide reference for future energy-saving material storage or similar projects of Baosteel,and also meet the requirements of green,environmental and energy-saving sustainable development.
