It is an important aspect of Xi Jinping＇s new comment, new idea and new strategy on Taiwan Question to promote cross-Strait economic and social integration, which takes deep connotation and practical implication. It is not only the new proposal for Chinese Mainland to promote cross-Strait peaceful development under the new complicated cross-Strait relations, but also the new idea to maintain cross-Strait peaceful development as DPP return to power which results in great change in Taiwan political situation. It not only updates the cross-Strait peaceful development theory, but also enriches the national reunification theory. To promote cross-Strait economic and social integration, we should not only firmly uphod ＂1992 consensus＂ as the political basis, but also construct the mechanism of cross-Strait economic and social integration, for the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation and the theory of ＂the two sides belonging to one family＂, to achieve the cross-Strait inclusive development and internal integration.
