摘要
针对煤炭企业员工工作积极性偏低的问题,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,通过构建煤炭企业员工绩效考核机制的评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价的方法,对煤炭企业员工绩效考核机制进行评价。结果表明:煤炭企业员工在自主学习与改进方面表现较差,该研究旨在为煤炭企业改善员工的绩效考核机制提供思路。
According to the working activity general low problem of the staff in the present coal enterprises,with the application of a qualitative and quantitative combined method,with the establishment on the evaluation index system of the staff performance appraisal mechanism in the coal enterprises,the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were applied to evaluate the staff performance appraisal mechanism in the coal enterprises. The results showed that the self study and improvement aspect of the staff in the coal enterprises were poor and the study purpose was to provide the idea to improve the staff performance appraisal mechanism in the coal enterprises.
