神南矿业公司“创新树”生态体系构建

Establishment on“innovation tree”ecological system of Shennan Mining Company

"双创"是我国政府落实创新驱动发展战略的重要举措。自提出"双创"以来,我国各区域和企业就如何更好地开展"双创"进行了积极的探索。介绍了神南矿业公司基于创新生态理论,构建"创新树"生态体系,并分析"创新树"生态体系的基本架构和构成要素,认为通过实施一系列措施促进了"创新树"良性发展。

＂Double innovation＂was an important measure of China Government to implement the innovation driving development strategy. Since the＂double innovation＂provided,each region and enterprises in China had an active discovery on how to better implement＂double innovation＂. Based on the innovation ecological theory of Shennan Mining Company,the paper introduced the establishment on＂innovation tree＂ecological system and analyzed the basic framework and structural factors of the＂innovation tree＂ecological system. The paper held that the healthy development of the＂innovation tree＂was promoted with the series of measures implemented.
