煤炭企业化解过剩产能解决职工安置问题的对策

摘要 通过分析煤炭企业发展现状,在响应国家政策淘汰过剩产能的过程中,关闭大量煤矿后,职工安置问题成为了影响民生的重大问题。结合国外煤炭企业关闭煤矿后政策经验得出启示,我国要走中国特色的可持续发展道路。通过对我国煤炭企业去产能过程中职工安置出现的问题,包括职工素质问题,社会保障问题等进行分析,并给出相关对策及建议。 With the analysis on the development status of the coal enterprises,in the response process of the national policy to eliminate the overcapacity,after many coal mines closed,the staff resettlement problem became an important problem affected to the staff livelihood. In combination with the policy and experiences after the overseas coal mines closed by the overseas coal enterprises,China should open a sustainable development road with its characteristics. An analysis was conducted on the problems occurred from the staff resettlement in the de-capacity process of the coal enterprises in China,including the staff quality issues,social insurance and others. The related countermeasures and proposals were provided.
