Discovery on project system design applied to management decision making

以项目化管理相关理论为依据,以项目化制度设计方法为工具,结合企业管理中存在的问题,对企业管理决策流程进行了深度设计,初步解决了各决策主体在现代公司治理框架下存在的管理难题。

Based on the related theory of the project management as the basis and the design method of the project system as a tools,in combined with the problems existed in the management of the enterprises,a detail design was conducted on the management decision process of the enterprises. Preliminarily,the management problems existed in each decision subjects were solved under the control framework of the modern company.
