The paper focused on the introduction on the background and problems of the integral management applied to the team construction aspect of the coal enterprises and stated the definition,principle and features of the integral management.The paper analyzed the basic idea of the integral assessment,the index establishment and the integral purpose and discussed the practices and application of the integral management. The achievements obtained from the team integral assessment implemented could further promote the enthusiasm of the general staff,improve the cohesion,execution and working capacity of the team and could enhance the core competitive power of the enterprises.
