温州小微企业创新能力评价与分析

Evaluation and Analysis of Innovation Capability for Small and Micro Enterprises in Wenzhou

本文利用综合指数评价法,构建了基于创新过程的温州小微企业创新能力评价指标。利用问卷调查法对283家小微企业进行了入户调查。调查结果表明:温州小微企业创新能力整体偏弱。相对而言,温州小微企业的营销能力、创新基础有一定的优势,而技术创新和学习能力、创新管理能力、创新组织能力较差,需进一步加大投入与管理。针对现状,探讨了支持小微企业提高创新能力的政策。

This paper, by the comprehensive evaluation index method, constitutes the innovation capability evaluation index for small and micro enterprises in Wenzhou based on creation processes. Questionnaires are used to do household surveys of 238 small and micro enterprises. The result shows that： the creative abilities of Wenzhou small and micro enterprise are comparatively weak on the whole. Comparatively speaking, they have advantages in marketing abilities and creative foundations, while they are poor in technological creation and learning abilities, creative management abilities and creative organization abilities, which need more in-vestments and managements. On this occasion, some strategies to support the improvement of creative abilities of small and micro enterprises are discussed.
