新加坡城市规划对中国新型城镇化建设的启示

The Inspiration of Singapore 's Urban Planning to China's New Urbanization

新加坡是世界上城市规划做得比较成功的国家之一,且与我国有很多相似之处:城市规划起步条件都比较差、都拥有较高的城市人口密度、都是国家控有土地,本文研究希望能从新加坡城市建设的成功经验中得到启示,为我国新型城镇化的建设提出建议。文中从长期规划与短期规划、整体规划与局部规划、民主与法治、文化与创新等四个角度论述新加坡城市规划中的成功之处与我国城市规划存在的问题希望在比鉴中找到解决问题的方法。

Singapore is one of the more successful countries in the world in urban planning, and has many sim-ilarities with our country： urban planning is relatively poor conditions, have a high urban population densi-ty, are the state control of the land, So hope from the successful experience of urban construction in Singa-pore to get inspiration for the construction of new urbanization in China to make recommendations. This paper summarizes the successes of Singapore＇s urban planning, combining with the problems of China＇s new urbaniza-tion in recent years, ranging from long-term planning and short-term planning, overall planning and local planning, government-to-mass relations, innovation and protection to make recommendations, with a view to the urbanization of the construction of the benefit.
