云南省蒙自市2016年1例人感染H9N2禽流感的调查处置报告

1 case of human infection with the investigation of H9N2 avian influenza disposal report in Mengzi City of Yunnan in 2016

目的对蒙自市2016年1例人感染H9N2禽流感病例进行流行病学调查和疫情处置,为今后人禽流感防制提供科学依据。方法采用现场流行病学方法对蒙自市人感染H9N2禽流感病例进行调查。结果该病例为蒙自市辖区首例人感染H9N2人禽流感病例,感染来源与父母从事禽类贩卖有关,因发现及时、早期治疗、及时采取有效控制措施,病人很快得到康复,疫情得到有效控制。结论 H9N2病毒是禽流感病毒的一种亚型,来源于禽类,在禽类流感中比较普遍,对人类来说是一种低致病性的病毒,传播风险较低。

Objective To Mengzi,2016,1 case of human infection with H9N2 avian influenza epidemiological investigation and treatment of disease,bird flu prevention to provide the scientific basis for future people. Methods By adopting the method of field epidemiological investigation. Results The case of mengzi municipal district’s first person infected with H9N2 avian influenza,source of infection is associated with parents engaged in poultry sold,as found in time,early treatment,timely take effective control measures,the patient recover soon,to effectively control the outbreak. Conclusion The H9N2 virus is a subtype of avian influenza virus,the virus from birds,is common in the avian influenza,is a kind of low pathogenic viruses to people,spread the risk is low.
