摘要
目的调查凯里市首例人感染猪链球菌病的感染危险因素、流行病学特征,供防控参考。方法用描述性流行病学方法分析病例个案及病原学检测资料。结果病例临床表现及实验室检测结果符合实验室诊断病例标准。病人长期从事猪肉分割销售,无个人防护措施,手部有破损,其周围人群未发现猪链球菌病病例。结论首例人感染猪链球菌病病例感染来源是猪,做好生猪检疫、禁止宰杀食用病死猪肉和搞好个人防护是防控人感染猪链球菌的有效措施。
Objective In order to investigate the risk factors and epidemiological characteristics of the first human infection of Streptococcus suis in Kaili,and to provide reference for the prevention and control. Methods Analysis of case cases and etiological data using descriptive epidemiological methods. Results The clinical manifestations and laboratory test results accord with the standard of laboratory diagnosis. The patients engaged in pork sales division,no personal protective measures,the hand often damaged,around the crowd found no cases of swine Streptococcus suis. Conclusion In this case,the source of infection is a pig,pig quarantine,forbid the eating of pork illness and improve personal protection is an effective measures of prevention and control of human infection with swine streptococcus.
