摘要
用实验方法探究EPDM发泡材料硬度与动静比之间的关系,讨论刚度与发泡材料减振性能的关系。实验表明:随石蜡油用量增加,门尼黏度、硬度和交联密度逐渐降低;石蜡油用量为15份时得到的发泡材料最好,动静刚度比较小。防老剂RD/4020、4020均在总用量为3份时交联密度和硬度取得最大值;随防老剂RD/MB用量的增加,交联密度和硬度均先减小后增大;随防老剂RD/4020用量增大,动静比先减小后增大;随防老剂RD/MB、4020用量增加,动静比先增大后减小。为了研究EPDM发泡材料硬度与动静比之间的关系,选择增塑体系和防护体系,探究硫化特性、门尼黏度、交联密度与硬度的关系,进而分析硬度与动静比变化趋势。
This paper explored the relationship of EPDM foaming material between the hardness and springrate ratio by experiment,discussed the relation between the stiffness and foaming material vibration performance.It is found that Mooney viscosity,hardness,and crosslinking density decreased gradually with the increase of dosage of paraffin oil;The foaming materials is best,springrate ratio is smaller,when paraffin oil consumption is 15 phr;Dosage of antiager will not affect the Mooney viscosity of mixing rubber.When the total dosage of antiager RD/4020 and 4020 is 3 phr,crosslinking density and hardness obtained maximum value;With the increase of the dosage of antiager RD/MB,the crosslinking density and hardness decreases first and then increases;The springrate ratio decreases first and then increases with the increase of dosage of antiager RD/4020;With antiager RD/MB,4020 dosage increased,springrate ratio increases first and then decreases.In order to study the relationship between hardness and springrate ratio of EPDM foaming material activity,we selected the plasticizing system and protection system,explored the associated vulcanization characteristics,Mooney viscosity,crosslinking density,foaming ratio and hardness,analyzed hardness and the trend of springrate ratio.
