摘要
主要阐述了胶片冷却线摆片装置的运行轨迹的重要性,并在PLC编程实例中说明了怎样用编程的方法来优化摆片装置的运行轨迹,并且利用伺服电机或带编码器变频电机精确控制摆片的距离及升降位置的协调工作来提高胶片冷却线摆片的质量。
This paper mainly described the importance of the trajectory of the film cooling line wigwag device,and introduced how to use the programming method to optimize the running trajectory of the wobble device in the PLC programming example.Using the servo motor or converter motor with encoder to precisely control the distance and lift position of the wig-wag improved the quality of the rubber film cooling line wig-wag.
