摘要
根据轮胎行业的在硫化后成品输送和外观检查的生产特点,对传统轮胎行业的使用缺陷和应有的效率提升进行分析和设计。对成品输送能力、输送存胎能力、与数据处理的架构的优化设计,依据此设计将成品输送系统的空间、效率和成本发挥到最大化。
According to the production characteristics of finished product delivery and appearance inspection after curing of tire industry,this paper analyzed and designed the defects of the traditional tire industry and its efficiency improvement,Optimized design of delivery capacity,,data processing architecture,will maximize the space,efficiency and cost of the delivery system.
