护理人员灾害应急知识现状调查

Status Investigation on Nurses' Disaster Response Knowledge

目的了解护理人员灾害应急知识现状及影响因素。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,自制人口学和专业情况调查表及护理人员灾害应急知识量表,选取重庆市五所三级甲等医院护理人员进行问卷调查。结果 155名护理人员综合平均得分为2.98±0.73,其中事故指挥系统知识得分最高(3.43±0.75),检伤分类知识次之(3.31±0.84),特殊护理及隔离去污知识得分最低(2.72±0.90);本科以上学历、军队非在编文职护士、应急医疗分队成员、有大型紧急事件救治经历、获得过应急准备继续教育学分的护理人员得分较高;大专学历、军队医院聘用护士及地方医院护士得分较低;多元线性回归分析显示,学历、应急准备继续教育学分是应急知识得分的重要影响因素。结论护理人员普遍掌握灾害应急知识一般,需加强大专及以下学历、军队医院聘用护士、地方医院护士的灾害应急知识学习,鼓励护士参加灾害护理方面的继续教育,积极参与应急医疗分队培训及大型紧急事件的救治工作,提高护理人员灾害救援能力,为国家及医院储备灾害护理人才。

Objective To investigate the status quo of nurses＆#39; disaster response knowledge and related influencing factors.Methods A prospective study was conducted.The self-made demographic and professional situation questionnaire and the disaster response knowledge scale for nurses were utilized in this study.The respondents were nurses from 5 hospitals of Grade 3 Level A in Chongqing.Results The average score of the 155 nurses was 2.98＆#177;0.73.The highest score that the respondents obtained was in Incident Command System knowledge（3.43＆#177;0.75）, followed by the score of triage knowledge（3.31＆#177;0.84）.The respondents scored the lowest in special care and quarantine and decontamination knowledge（2.72＆#177;0.90）.Higher scores were obtained by nurses of the following categories： nurses with bachelor degree or above, non-active military nurses, nurses being members of emergency medical team, nurses with experiences of medical rescue services in large-scale emergencies, and nurses who attained credits in continuing education of emergency preparation.On the contrary, nurses who only received junior college education or below, contract-based nurses employed in military hospitals, and nurses from non-military hospitals got lower scores.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational background and credits that the nurses attained in continuing education of emergency preparation were important influencing factors.Conclusion Nurses generally have a moderate level of disaster response knowledge.Emergency learning should be reinforced among nurses with junior college education or below, contract-based nurses employed in military hospitals, and nurses from civilian hospitals.Nurses should be encouraged to receive continuing education in disaster emergency nursing, actively take emergency medical team training, and participate in rescue practices during large-scale emergencies, so as to improve their rescue abilities and enlarge the personnel reserve of emergency nursing for hospitals and our country.
