摘要
生源质量的优劣关系到高校人才培养质量。文章介绍国内外高校生源质量评价现状,对军队医学院校生源特点进行分析,从建立招生入口评价指标、评价毕业出口生源质量入手,提出更为完善和科学的生源质量评价管理建议。
The quality of the college students is related to the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.This paper introduced the current situation of college students＆#39; quality evaluation at home and abroad, and analyzed the characteristics of students in military medical colleges.Starting with the evaluation index of enrollment entrance and evaluating the quality of graduate export students, this paper put forward a more perfect and scientific suggestion for the management of students＆#39; quality.
