Government's Management for Enterprise Group Under the Condition of Market Economy

经济全球化程度日益提高与中美达成关于我国加入世贸组织的协议，必将导致我国经济的进一步对外开放和贸易壁垒的逐步降低并趋于消失，使我国产业转移与升级的进程处在一个国民经济日益国际化、国际竞争进一步加剧的境况之下。为了保证国家的经济与产业安全，必须通过组建一批跨地区、跨行业、跨部门的大企业集团来提高我国新一代支柱产业在世界竞争中的战略地位，而要落实好企业集团化战略，正确处理政府与企业集团的关系、有效实施政府对企业集团的管理至关重要。该文从理清政府与企业集团的双重关系出发，探讨了政府管理企业集团的原则、内容与方法。

Now economic globalization is tending to be higher. China with U. S. A have already reach an agreement on China's access to WTO. It results that Chinese economy take further steps of opening to the outside world and China's trade barrier be lower and fainter. Faced with the situation, we must put strategy of enterprise-groupize intoeffect. Thus, it is most important of all to correctly handle relation between government and enterprise and usefully put into effect government management for enterprise group.
