东丽区高中学生干预后结核病知晓率变化分析 被引量:1

Analysis of awareness rate of tuberculosis after intervention among senior middle school students in Dongli District

摘要 目的分析东丽区某高中学生接受干预前后结核病知晓率水平,评价干预措施的效果。方法采用随机抽样的方法从东丽区某高中抽取200名学生开展干预前调查,随后对此高中所有学生开展结核病健康教育干预,干预后再利用随机抽样的方法从学生中抽取200人进行干预后调查。结果干预前5条核心知识知晓率为39.9%(399/1 000),9条核心知识知晓率为53.6%(964/1 800);干预后5条核心知识知晓率为92.3%(923/1 000),9条核心知识知晓率为89.5%(1 611/1 800)。干预前后各题以及5条、9条核心知识知晓率分别进行比较,除题目7"如果您出现了结核病症状,你会怎么做",其他各题以及5、9条核心知识知晓率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论加强健康教育的同时配以多种干预手段,可明显提高学生对结核病相关知识知晓率。 Objective To analyze the awareness rate of tuberculosis(TB) before and after the intervention of a high school student in Dongli district and evaluate the effect of intervention measures. Methods 200 students were extracted from a high school with the method of random sampling to carry out the survey before intervention,and then 200 students were extracted with the method of random sampling,after all the students of the high school were given the intervention with TB health education,to carry out the survey after intervention. Results Before intervention,the witting rate of 5 core knowledge was 39.9%(399/1 000),the witting rate of 9 core knowledge was 53.6%(964/1 800);After intervention,the witting rate of 5 core knowledge was 92.3%(923/1 000),the witting rate of 9 core knowledge was 89.5%(1611/1 800). The witting rate of each examination questions,5 core knowledge,9 core knowledge before and after intervention were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.01),except for the 7th examination question with "if you have the symptoms of TB,what will you do" Conclusion To strengthen the health education with a variety of interventions can obviously improve the students' TB knowledge awareness.
